Very dirty feel. Table where drinks were was dirty. Floor around drinks dirty and sticky. Some tables unclean. Waited for almost 20 minutes. Surprisingly, Food was hot and good. But will not be back to this Zaxbys. Needs new management.

They are serving uncooked chicken. We sat in line tonight for over 30 minutes. We were given not only the wrong orders but the incorrect drinks. And had to ask for sauce bc we weren’t given any in our meals! I understand that things happen but this is ridiculous, your managers need to step it up and make sure that their staff is delivering better quality customer service. We will not be back and taking our money down the street to Chick fil a. Atleast there we can know that we won’t be given an attitude when we politely tell them what was wrong with our order. I love zaxbys but this girl is so rude and acts like she hates working here she makes it very stressful to even want to order food had me thinking she might to something to my kids food. She was mad I ordered 20 chicken strips I guess she was ready to go home then I pulled to the window she rolled her eyes and typed in other customers who were in the drive through orders on the screen so hard the computer looked like it was going to break. Next time I will just go inside to see my food order.

Second time in a row that the order has been wrong and didn’t realize until getting home. Both of my sons’ orders were wrong this time as well as mine. Also paid for extra sauces, and they didn’t even include what it normally comes with. Great food when you get what you order, but unfortunately that doesn’t happen.

Back after 4 months mostly for variety and ordered ahead via the app. I arrived to find the inside was closed due to staffing shortages and the drive thru line wrapped around the building. Having instant regret, I tried to cancel my order while waiting in the drive through, but it was not possible — transaction was already complete. After nearly 25 minutes, I cringed as I felt the room temperature styrofoam come in contact with my hand at the pickup window. Pictured is a out how far I made it into the meal before caving to the disgust. The ranch soaked toast and moisture from sitting so long made the sandwich gross. The fries now tasted like they were freshly thawed from a generic store brand’s frozen crinkle fries bag. I had to scrounge to find other food around the house to satisfy the remaining hunger. In short… Disgusting. Could have been saved if there was a way to pickup the order outside of the drive thru. Wasted money, time, and food.

Chicken was so salty, could not even eat it. Even the fries were easy over salted. Then, when i was able to get the bedding off, the chicken was flavorless. Heard it was good, but experience showed me otherwise. The service was fine, just what you would expect going through a drive-through. Basing stars on food alone.

This zaxbys has pretty bad word of mouth and looking at the other reviews I can see in general it’s just a consensus. I gave them a try today and I’m not mad about a long drive thru wait. It happens. But when I DID get to the window the staff had their headsets off laughing and arguing who was going to take the order and cussing about guests while I was sitting there. They did not get my order complete as I was missing items. As someone who also runs a restaurant with a drive thru I typically give places a lot more patience. The staff you have now is not it. I know it’s hard to find team members that will stay and will do the job correctly in Loganville. I’d say just keep looking.

Waited 10 mins just to be greeted in the drive thru. I can hear the girls in background laughing and cracking jokes while telling me hold on. Took another 10 mins to place my order. As I got my food, the food box wasn’t placed in the bag properly and all my food scattered in the bag.

I have NEVER been to a worse Zaxbys than this location will drive out of my way to another town before attempting this one. Who ever owns this chain needs to get their employees act together. They never have salads and act so rude and sometimes the dining room is closed and you look in and see staff on their phones. These employees have no future. My dad always said you fail at fast food you fail at life. They’re getting away with being absolute trash. This place was amazing when it first opened.
