NO Communication! Food took longer than anticipated. My husbands order was completely wrong. There was only one English speaking person on the entire staff which was not a problem in itself but we needed help with a spill and had to wait for that one person in order to get help because no one else understood what we were saying. Just disappointed!

So to start,I usually just pick up orders for my customers but i decided to drag my man here with our son to see what’s it’s all about. I ordered the birria taco plate and he got a caldo de res(his go-to dish). I will start by saying I always wanted to try birria tacos and I was not disappointed! Nice flavor and dip was good! Now on to his soup, it does NOT come with rice which was a huge let down for him considering he gets that anywhere else we eat at. As far as taste..it was NOT there….I even tasted it and can agree. He wasn’t too happy and felt his money was wasted. OH AND PLEASEEEE TURN DOWN THE AC…ITS FREEZING COLD INISDE and makes being inside uncomfortable,especially since the vents are directly blasting onto tables

I stopped in at lunch for a chicken and cheese quesadila to go. The quesdila was huge and so good. But it came with 2 tiny thimble sized cups of red sauce and green sauce. Not enough for how big this quesadila is. If you want more it costs extra. Seriously? If I had eaten IN the restaurant they have squeeze bottles of sauce so you can help yourself to as much as you want. Makes no sense to punish a to go customer by charging extra for an adequate amount of sauce for your meal. And both sauces are pretty spicy. I wouldn’t consider either one mild. They need a milder sauce offering.

Try at your own risk. Prices are decent, but food wasn’t. I ordered carne guisada and got everything in it with only 4 pieces of meat and a whole lot of carrots. We ordered chips and salsa, and the cashier didn’t think to charge me for chips. He just charged for salsa, and we didn’t get the chips at first. We had to reorder them. The charro beans were bland and hard. Staff was nice and refunded us for some rock-hard churros we were given.

THEY ARE NOT CARING ABOUT VEGETARIANS!!! my girlfriend asked for a breakfast burrito then asked to sub the meat for rice, the incredibly rude woman told her she could get a side order and put it on herself!!! Then when she asked about extra salsa the lady at the end of the line was also snappy and rude.

The menu is large, so let me help you…get the Quissabirrias! Quesabirria is a Mexican dish w/ birria-style cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of for dipping; a cross between a quasadilla and taco. This is one of the best you will ever have; authentic and all the tasty flavors you would want. They are served warm with white onions and cilantro. While the cheese is melting, lift up a fold and insert some white onions and cilantro into your quesabirria, then dip into the consommé and enjoy!

Would give it no stars if I could, being sick with kids I wanted a caldo and got some from krave tacos. Found a piece of glass in my caldo , almost ate a piece of glass like how ??? How does a piece of glass end up in there without someone knowing?? Have called and tried to talk to a manger but they never called me back. Horrible!!! Do not recommend!!!

Normally everyone here is nice and welcoming, but the fella workinf the register at 2:50 was a having what I assumed was a bad day. He could have easily said nothing and I would have gone about making my order and dining, but purposely was unfriendly. Cool neighborhood place, but you’ve lost my business. I had to walk out today and don’t think I’ll walk back in.
