Vidalia, Ga location needs to change their information and let customers know they absolutely cannot call the store at all. Management needs to make it known that apparently you can only do online orders. I’ve called for 40 straight minutes and it goes to voicemail every time. I commented on Facebook on how to order and they literally gave me the customer service phone number, KNOWING they are closed today. So, not helpful at all. Lost some money today. I’m sure Pizza Hut is gonna answer.

Ordered online and pizza not even started cooking 20 minutes later. Took about 40 minutes for my online order. Pizza was Great !!! For the price no other pizza place comes close. Got the ultimate supreme deep dish and was as good as the $25 pizzas at the other places but only cost $11!!! Can’t beat that. They just need to speed up the online order process.

I can honestly say I’ve never been this disappointed or disgusted. This is a HEALTH RISK!!! We ordered cheesy bread and a pepperoni calzone pizza. The cheesy bread was completely raw so we brought it back and the new one they made us was also raw. So we got a refund. Then we went home and checked the pizza and it was raw as well we didn’t even bother asking for a new one we just got a refund. Also…while we were waiting on them to cook the new cheesy bread two other people brought back raw pizzas and cheesy bread. And…as if all that wasn’t bad enough, the “cook” in the back had really long frizzy hair and no hair net. No-one was wearing gloves. It was gross Oh and there was raw dough sitting on the counter the whole time. Over and hour because by the time we picked up the first order and returned the last pizza it was still sitting there in the exact same spot. Do not recommend. For your health and safety I recommend going anywhere else. The risk of salmonella is atrocious.

I ordered the lunch special but was told they didn’t have any deep dish. Then I ordered pizza and stix, waited 15 minutes..the order came out with no pepperoni on the pizza. So the put pepperoni on it and put it back in oven for 3 minutes. When I left with the order I realized the pepperoni was on the breadstix side and the pizza was just cheese. Half the order was not even touched. This is the 2nd time in 4 days that things were not correct with them.

The rude little teenager looking girl working behind the counter needs to learn how to talk to people and also needs to learn how to do her job. When someone hands you 2 gift cards worth $25 in total you should know how to take $25 off the order and the customer will pay the rest. If don’t know how to do this simple task then you definitely have no room to talk down your nose to a customer. However, the assistant manager didn’t have a clue either how to do and suggested calling the number on the back. There was nothing wrong with the cards. They just didn’t know how to do their job. This is the 1st bad review I’ve ever left in my life as well but this place is horrendous. District management needs to address it.

The lady taking our order had the sniffles and kept wiping her nose with her hand and playing with her hair no one wears gloves disgusting and unsafe!!! Vidalia store ga. The pretzel crust pizza was awful and way to salty. Yuck!

Been getting the same order from this place for years and had an employee argue that a certain item I alway get doesn’t come with marinara sauce. I told him I guess I have just been lucky all these years to have gotten it free. Unprofessional to say the least. If it has changed I understand but never argue that it has “never” with a customer when I know it does or has in the past. Point being never argue. Always remain professional.

Pizza was perfect. Hot wings were awesome. A suggestion to the manager, on Friday and Saturday nights, I think it’d benefit to schedule to employees up front. The wait time was almost 30 minutes & the guy working was almost running trying to help the kitchen help and run the front counter.
