Id just like to say my ordered somehow got mixed up and the GM who I believe her name was Sara was very pleasant about it altogether. They opened online ordering, and then closed for some reason without notifying us or cancelling the order. This resulted in us having to call their call center, which kept trying to transfer us to the store, which was closed and therefore not picking up the phone. 6 repeated phone calls later we were actually able to cancel the order/confirm it was cancelled. Charge is still pending on the bank statement, so we’ll see if that actually drops off.

If I could give one star I would. I was in here picking up an order a few days ago and as I was leaving the lady that was ringing up customers went straight from the register to the back and started putting cheese and pepperoni on a pizza. Didn’t wash her hands and had on NO GLOVES! How disgusting. I reached out about the health concern and got a we apologize.. you apologize? Well that isn’t enough. I will never eat from a Pizza Hut again. Food was equally as disgusting as the person who raw dogged the food

Food took over 1.5 hours and was warm at best when it arrived. I was not aware at time of ordering they used a third party delivery service. It took over 35 minutes from the time it left the store to get to my house. 5 to 7 miles depending on route taken.
