Small hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant. This place was definitely hyped up and didn’t match up with our expectations. The food wasn’t horrible but wasn’t as great as the other reviews suggested. There wasn’t a whole lot of room to sit comfortably. The server was kind and friendly, the salsa tasted like watered-down tomatoes and I wasn’t a huge fan of the beans. The chicken was seasoned well and everyone else seemed to enjoy themselves.

Excellent, fresh Mex. Actually has flavor. What I mean by that is, most Mex places in the Spokane metro area cater to your great-grandma’s palate–or your toddler’s. This wonderful family has been part of our Cheney community for nearly 20 years, and deservedly has our appreciation for their comida delicioso. It’s not a big place, and has an open-style kitchen area. In that regard, it can get a bit hazy with cooking aromas and such. To me, though, that just adds to the charm. Great little joint…

I was referred to this restaurant and was excited to try it. I hate leaving reviews but this place was not a great experience. They told me ten minutes and after 30 minutes I was told by staff that my food had been sitting there, with the wrong person, the entire time. A little annoying but not a big deal. I drove home and bit in, it was not even the correct order. I called back and the staff was incredibly rude and didn’t care. Food is not worth the money. I would suggest you save the $20.

We were in town for a high school robotics tournament and needed some comfort food after a hard and disappointing day. Arturo’s was near the campus so we decided to try it out. The place is obviously popular with the locals, and it was busy, but we were greeted with smiles and the friendliest service.

I’ve been coming here for so long back when this place was once Corona Village! The entire crew is awesome. I’ve known most of them for a long time. They know what they’re doing, and the love they have for cooking shows in their food. Out of all Mexican Restaurants in the Spokane County very little of them come close to these guys.

New to the area and finally tried this place. Upon entering, disappointed on the cleanliness and space BUT the kid serving us was very friendly and the food we really enjoyed and stunned at the portions, however the steak was very tough and rice bland. Not saying I won’t return because we absolutely will but could use a few improvements.
