Came here for a birthday dinner. We must have been on the early side of their rush because we were the only people here. The food came out quickly and looked delicious. I suggest ordering extra sauce or condiments on your sandwich as the fries make it kind of dry. Also they are super filling so you can order less than typical. The small size is plenty. Their fries are incredible! The employees were polite and even checked ingredient labels on product packaging for those of us with allergies. The bathrooms are clean but maybe not the most accessible for those in need. All the ordering is done via an iPad kiosk rather than face to face.

Dined in on a Sunday afternoon around 2, wasn’t busy at all. I walked in and an employee was lounging on a beanbag another was behind the counter. Every table was completely dirty trash was on the floor and the bathroom was filthy. Trash was sitting beside and around the lounging employee. He never picked it up BTW. I had to ask them to wipe off the table so we would be able to eat. The drink machine also needed attention, flies and Nats were around the tea dispenser. The only saving grace was the food and descent customer service.

I mean, it was okay. It was hot, we asked for our food to be dine-in but it was brought out in a to-go box. Didn’t feel welcoming. Our toddler was able to sit comfortably in the pub chairs. We ate and left seems like it’s a “get your food to go” type of place, should be a food truck instead of brick and mortar. Guess it’s better college kids vs families

The man at the cash register was so kind and patient as this was our first time at this restaurant. The portion size was bigger than we expected! Definitely enjoyed eating the food. Pretty tasty. Glad it’s open late as well.

The first few times I came here, I had great food. However, the last few times have not been great at all. Not only are the wings a fraction of the size, but each time they appeared almost burnt. The restaurant is filthy; none of the tables are clean, and there’s a stench in the air. I don’t know if there has been a change in management or ownership, but you guys need to get it together.

I ordered the FAT SHACK sandwich and it was disgusting. I then got it replaced with another sandwich and I threw it up. I’m pregnant and just wasn’t feeling none of them. The workers made a huge scene as if I was trying to get free food. At this point I wanted my money back or just some wings. They threatened to call the police on me and asked me to leave. Needless to say I walked out hungry and they didn’t give me my money back. I will definitely not recommend this food to no one. 4/29/2023 around 11:36pm. The place was dirty not one table was clean. The restroom was also filthy. Had to get one of the employees to wipe a table off and he didn’t even sweep under it. I normally come and have no problems but this bad experience was not to my liking. I don’t stay no where near this area and hate I had to leave hungry. I will not return to this location.

Gave this place a second go, and I have to say they went beyond my expectations. Friendly staff, amazing food and relaxed atmosphere. Hubby, kiddo and myself are all looking forward to our next visit. We ordered the fat donkey lips, fat slob and single burger…all were amazing Got an order of deep fried Twinkies with strawberry dip, and omg it was delicious. We will definitely be repeat Fatties

I was happy with my burger and the fried oreos, but it is expensive for what you get. The tables weren’t clean but the service was friendly. Of the people I kkow who’ve been there it is very hit-or-miss in terms of service, food, and cleanliness. The concensus was that the food tends to get burned here quite a bit.
