We placed an order for wings, cheese sticks, and pizza on May 14. We did not receive the 8 piece buffalo wings. We called the store and they said they would have the wings remade and sent out to us. We waited an hour and then called the store again, at which point they said they would remake the wings (again) or credit our account for the cost of the wings. We asked for the credit this time, but as far as I can tell I did not receive a credit for the cost of the wings.

Not at all impressed with this pizza hut, 2nd time ordering from here and will definitely be the last. The first time they gave us the wrong order. The second time they delivered our order somewhere else. Then when we called in, they delivered us the wrong pizza.

Pizza was delicious, toppings were evenly spread (save for one slice with an over-sized helping of banana peppers). The cheese sticks were good, but a touch dry, and the cinnamon sticks were exactly as expected. I went in and was hit with the smell of fresh baking pies that brought me back to when I was a kid going to a local Hut. Staff was friendly and took care of me and my order. I normally prefer Papa John’s, but this is a hard performance to follow!

I have ordered delivery from this location quite a few times and the pizza and service is consistent. Our supreme pie was piping hot and delicious. They could have been a bit more generous with our toppings but overall service was surprisingly extremely fast. I will continue to order from here.

It is the worst experience . First they had the wrong order and the Pizza did not have the right toppings. Trying to reach them but no body wants to pick up the phone. I am still on the line for 34 mins. Please never go to this place

I ordered a pizza last night around 7 , and didn’t hear from anyone so I called around 8:40 to see where my pizza was and I was introduced to the sweetest manager ( I can’t remember her name , she worked the closing shift on 2/2 but anyway she delivered my pizza , MADE IT WITH LOVE , and gave us a credit as well , I JUST WANTED TO GIVE A SHOUTOUT , THAT MANAGER WAS SWEET AS PIE , AND DESERVES A RAISE BECAUSE SHE CARES OR HER CUSTOMERS, THANK YOU
