I order from here a bit. Most of the time, service is awesome. But sometimes, like us all, they may have a rough day, and it shows in your performance. No biggie. Food is always fresh and hot. Ice cream is great. I don’t like sitting inside because it’s a bit loud for me.

Food was fine. The people checking me out were respectful. My problem is with whoever the trainer was in the back. I heard her berating an employee that you could obviously tell is newish. Talked with my husband about it and he said he heard her last week berating everyone in the back. That is no way to treat other human beings. Have always had a wonderful experience there but hate seeing people being mistreated… especially by people with a power complex

I went in and ordered carry out. It was a chicken basket and some pretzels. After ordering I asked the cashier if she could repeat my order before I paid. She got an attitude and after giving me my card back she went in the back and started pointing at me and laughing with her coworkers. The staff here are terrible. I wouldn’t even give it a star. The fries were also cold.

pretty disappointed this evening. Stopped to get a medium mint chocolate chip blizzard, light on the chocolate chips. I also ordered two cups of vanilla for my dogs. Aside from the fact that I specifically said they where for my dogs, they gave me spoons. Which made me think that maybe someone taking orders didn’t really hear my order……. especially since I received a chocolate chip COOKIE DOUGH blizzard versus the mint chocolate chip. Unfortunately I was already well enough from the area and was not going to drive back to sit in that line for the proper blizzard. Just reminded me why I go to mom and pop ice cream shops.

Good place, haven’t been here in years. Everything was good except I ordered a 6pc chicken strip basket an only got a 4pc an all the gravy was spilled all over in the box. My son wasn’t happy. Just wish people had more pride in their jobs. People spend their hard earned money an get something else than what was ordered. Then you hate to call an complain cuz then you have to feel like they don’t believe you. Anyway, good place, just check food before you leave.
