I’ve been to countless Mexican restaurants, this one, it was really good! The Mariscada was amazing, whole lobster tail in it, the birria ! Mind blowing, the food it’s great, and to make it even better ! The service !!!!!! They were amazing, we got there late, we wanted breakfast and they still made us breakfast! Some of the best chicharrón I’ve ever had! Guys thank you wish I remember the name of our server that day to mention it. But she was amazing !

Beware, this place over charges on takeout order, many friends don’t order anymore from this place because they charge at least $6-8 dollars more than what it should be, their excuse is always the same, taxes and bag. I brought this issue with one of the owners and she was not interested on listening or investigating. Just so you know. Before I decided to write this review, to confirm the over charge, I ate in the restaurant once and the next day I order exactly the same thing for pickup and they charged me $8 dollars more. Two of my friends have confronted the waiters and it’s always the same excuse, taxes, bag or sometimes they can’t find the receipt with the summary of the prices.

The waitress are very unfriendly and are too busy looking at their phones or talking to the men at the bar. They give themselves a generous 18% for tip automatically when their service is at least a 15%. The food is great and atmosphere is authentic, but stop hiring unprofessional and unfriendly service workers!

Tacos are delicious!! What is wrong is that they overcharge for take out. I’ve ordered take out several times and it never adds up what I ordered with what they charge. It’s always about $5-6 more. I don’t think I’ll be ordering any time soon!

The worst service ever!! The waitress was so mean, never said “how can I help you?” She just said “you know what you want?”, never brought napkins to the table, never asked how we where doing. I still tipped her because I’m a waitress too but she didn’t even said thank you or “have a good night”. At the end I asked a question and she just looked at me and laughed and kept walking. Extremely rude, don’t deserve nothing. Pinche loca, consigue un trabajo si no puedes dar un buen servicio. NO VAYAN!! It’s gross

If you’re looking for typical vibes this is it. Not only is this place a restaurant, its a bodega that sells central American items. It has a butchery and baked goods and even food items to go. I mostly purchase marinated meat for cook outs.

The service I had was awful. The waitress help everyone but us. I think the reason was she memorized the incorrect order. The Pozole had flavor but lacking the other ingredients like cabbage, onions and tostada’s.
