Why 5 stars for a Taco Bell you might ask? It’s simple. We had a large, complex order and they got the order right. Everything was in our bag, we got the sauces we asked for, and the food was as fresh as Taco Bell food can be.

Came to get lunch for the family. The order taker at the window seemed frustrated and was not very pleasant. When we got to the window the lady was rude and not social at all. Very bad experience. New management needed ASAP. Also the food was not put together well and was very messy in the bag. I understand people have bad days but this has happened several times.

3 out of 4 things I ordered had an issue with. The meal comes with a regular taco, and i ordered an extra one. I got supremes. This is an issue because I don’t like tomatoes or sour cream. My Quesadilla wasn’t even cut.

This burrito is so thin and the tortilla is so dry is falling apart. I barely have money rn, and I just wanted to treat myself after a bad day. This is so disappointing, and both of my burritos are like this. They didn’t even have blue raspberry freeze available and didn’t tell me until I already paid for it

“Jackson” apparently took our order. However I’m not sure that’s correct as to who actually talked to us. However, I find it very disrespectful to anyone to go to any fast food place tht makes more than first responders per hour talk to customers as if their lives are bad.
