The owner was so pleasant and kind. But the food was horrible /the chicken was pink/red on the inside but tough and dry and very BURNT ON THE OUTSIDE!! The jollof rice was dry hard and flavorless. A complete waste of $23. I can’t understand how she got so many rave reviews- I would never recommend unless u have an itch to catch salmonella-Yuk!!

If you’re ever coming in from another state or city and you want some quality authentic African food, I recommend this place 100%. The food is nice, throughly cooked, this is the best African food I’ve ever had. And the chef’s name is Eliane. She will make it a very nice experience for you.

My name is Jennifer. We drove 35 miles to come and try west African dishes after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious. I bought the fufu and egusi soup and it was so fresh and tasted good. I also tried the chicken and it was well-cooked and delicious. My sister got the same thing and she enjoyed the meal too.
