Had to repeat my order several times before the drive through employee understood me, and I was not being complicated. I asked for a number 9, just the sandwich with only mayo. Then they asked us to pull back around and wait in the parking for our food, and we weren’t the only ones, the car before us and the two cars behind us did the same. A 10 minute wait for a fast food sandwich is ridiculous, and I will not be spending anymore of my money at this establishment.

There is no point in ordering food online. I placed the order and it took 38 minutes to receive it. I would have gotten my food quicker if I went in and placed the order. I felt like I was being yelled at in the drive thru and I had to come inside anyway to get my food. Employees are rude and hardly give you the time of day. I hadn’t been here in a while due to bad attitudes and I tried to give it another go.

Drive thru cashier was rude. She did not repeat my order before collecting the money. When I found out she had not included my small onion rings, she said she didn’t ring them up and I would have to go around again. I received no receipt either. Very rude and nasty. This is supposed to be the new Whopper Bacon Melt. It barely had any caramelized onions and bacon. The bread is supposed to be toasted also. Also it is made with regular patties and not Whopper patties. I actually just seen the commercial and in small words it says that they use Whopper Jr patties. This is the worst Burger King location in Valdosta and has been even before they remodeled it.

The drive thru line took way to long for such few customers. And by the time we got home and opened our food to eat it we see green-ish mold on the bread….on the top none the less so you know they had to have seen it when packaging it up. I don’t think we will be back if that’s the case.
