I love Potbelly locations, I had great food always. Today I used doordash delivery services from Westland location, and my sandwich was like a joke, probably one spoon of chicken salad, a burned and wet bread, lots of lettuce. Very different of what I expect in a chicken salad sandwich, it supposed to be a skinny, but definitely this was skinnier of what I expected. Very dissatisfied with this location and the lack of care of the person who prepared my chicken sandwich today. Hoping they race the standards of workers or management.

Nevin was awesome!! Actually working; unlike his coworkers who did not hear him when he asked them to get a bowl of soup ready for my order. Then when I got to checkout, they realized it was done and needed more and it took a few extra minutes. No big deal, just frustrating – sure we all know what it’s like to work harder than others.

I love the food but for some reason they always put ingredients I don’t ask for. Every freaking time I ask for no chicken and no eggs on my salad I end up getting both. I don’t eat meat. So this is just annoying and inconvenient

Horrible preparation of Mediterranean Veg sandwiches. These were cold with black looking feta cheese and the stuffing I had chosen was incorrect. Also sugar cookies were missing in my order. We had to miss lunch due to such poor service.

I ordered a take out and bit into a decent size piece of bone in my pot pie soup. When I called to report it I spoke to a Matt who really didn’t assure me that number one he was concerned and number two that they would pull the batch of soup. Also didn’t help just said sorry and goodbye. Now I can say DoorDash went above and beyond when I let them know! As a previous food industry manager this is serious and if I was someone else it would have been a lot worse.
