I ordered with the app. Didn’t prepare pizza as requested (only modification requested was to cut 8 aloces instead of 6). They handed my order off to DoorDash and either did not communicate the delivery instructions I called them to leave or the Dasher didn’t follow them. This resulted in my elderly parents being disturbed despite me providing delivery instructions to avoid this. Dasher claimed he didn’t know. Inexcusable conduct all aorund.

After years of not going because our food was always burnt, I decided to give them another shot. Things haven’t changed. I finally got ahold of someone at the store and the manager told me that I would have to drive the order back during rush hour to have it remade instead of getting refunded. He said that he didn’t know how it would be burnt because the oven is on a set temperature and timed. I even offered to send him pictures but he wouldn’t have it. Pizza was tough and dry and the breadsticks and cheese sticks were burnt to a crisp. We’ll never go back.

This was my first time using the app. I was trying to save a lil time. Well I arrived there about 5 minutes to early so i sat in the car and waited until my time came. I go inside pizza to pick up my order. The teleprompter says my pizza was ready, but only one of my pizza’s were ready. I had to wait on the other one about 5 more minutes along with others who also said they name said ready as well, but it wasn’t. After waiting i finally received my pizza, get home and it’s mostly big chunks of bread around the edges. I wasn’t happy that night and i love pizza hut every since i was a lil kid. I think my service tonight was bad because of the people working there. They don’t take pride in there work

Every-time we order our order gets canceled and we don’t find out until we call customer service. The store never picks up their phone. I would not recommend. The service is terrible

Desi displayed very terrible customer service. She complained that she was 15 weeks pregnant and had to stay until 11. She yelled and hung up after I reminded her that I only wanted to check on an order in which I have paid for. She proceeded to say she doesn’t care if I took her name, she would likely not be there long. Then hung up. This was the most rude service I’ve ever received, and the food was trash! I mean HORRIBLE. Disgusted with this place today! The service is typically not too good but not this bad. And the food is the same.. but DESI, needs a job doing something other than serving paying customers. Pizza Hut, do better at hiring!
