Every time i order extra cheese, they never give it to me. They barely put any cheese on the pizza at all, they’ve been scamming customers like this since the Pandemic. They let you pay for extra cheese or extra meat and then they don’t give it to you. I called and spoke to the manager and he basically he accused me of trying run a pizza scam! Really? The staff and the manager were so rude to me. Never again. So I reported them to corporate.

I received my pizza within about 30 minutes even though mentioned it would be 1 hr. My pizza was fresh and hot. I enjoyed my pizza. Now the 4 stars because when I called I had to wait over 15 minutes on hold then the call disconnected and I had to call back and wait another 5 minutes.

My experience there was terrible , they have bad customer service and don’t treat their customers with respect. I went there to order pizza because for some reason they cancelled my order and when i got there , they have no hair nets or glove the boy was touching the cabinets and cash register then went back to touching the pizza and the girl was sweeping and then was also touching the pizza, mind you they did not have any gloves on and i was overall disgusted by such a place and decided to eat elsewhere. On my life i’ll never go back to this establishment just nasty .

First things first, why would the manager be soo laxed in his duties that he would allow the employees to watch movies on their phones in front of the store in full view of the customers? Not to mention, set the phone up on the rack with the uncooked food items.

Ordered pizza & oreo bites last night. That moment when you open the box and your large epic stuffed crust specialty pizza is a small half cheese & veggie. Called them, Props to the manager making it right when my pizza was wrong. He came out himself and brought it over. Thank you!

This pizza was undercooked and when I went in to see if it was ready I was told it would be another 5-7 minutes. I check my app and the status is picked up. Way too many employees for this nonsense the place was jammed packed and persons were not doing anything. Get it together please.

Always order the works at any papa johns. This location gave me raw ingredients, saturated with cheese and not a crispy crust which is expected from the thin crust. I’ll continue to use papa johns but this location needs some quality control.
