We had a horrible experience. We went inside to pick up a Tender Family Pack. My daughter also got a Mac and Cheese. When we arrived at home we noticed the Mac and Cheese was horrible, very disgusting and they charged us $4.39 for trash. The Biscuits were very hard.

i went through the drive-thru and they messed up my drink and changed me more then they gave me i ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and they gave me two and we i was trying to order something that was on the bored they said they didn’t said they don’t sell those no more so if you don’t sell them why is it still on there, and on my chicken they put little to none mayonnaise on them

After having issues here years ago , thinking I’d give it another shot, I ordered from this location via Uber Eats. I live 4-5 minutes down the road so I was expecting it to be fresh & quick. My Uber driver arrived there about 5 minutes after I placed my order, and I waited an hour and a half for my food. My food was all cold , and you could tell that the chicken had been cooked hours before. My sandwich was a brick. Fries were soggy, and I had ordered a drink. The drink wasn’t the right size, and it was a regular soda instead of the lemonade I paid an up-charge for.

I’m not from the Yakima area so I do not come here very often. However, it was the last experience that marked an otherwise unique fast food experience I’ve had, and for a place like Popeye’s it’s hard to imagine getting anything better than food that’s been sitting for a while before it is picked up. This was not the case in my last visit.

First ans last time I ever order food frome this location ordered a family meal pack and didn’t get everything on the sandwiches and they were cold cold fries and super old bisquets couldn’t say nothing about the tenders because we never got theme and when I tried to get a refund they only gave me 2 dollars so I lost about 40 dollars personally I don’t recommend no one to come to this place or order.

I used to think Popeyes was a good restaurant. I ordered extra biscuits this time because they’re usually so good. I was given VERY old biscuits. Disgustingly stale, flavorless hard bread is what they serve now. It was my girlfriend’s first time trying one of your biscuits. She took a bite, made a frown, and put it back in the box. I talked up the biscuits so much.

My son spent over $50 yesterday for mother’s day meal. The coleslaw was slimy. I ate half teaspoon of slaw out of two containers and then threw all three containers away. I tried to call them but no answer for the two hours still opened. They had the phone on line busy till closing. I wanted to warn for other customers. I had diarrhea two hours after I ate the coleslaw. I called corporate because I want accountability.
