So Dickeys sells sandwiches and other things online as a store called Big Deal Burgers. I ordered thier hot chicken tender sandwiches and chicken hot ranch jalapeño cheese fries. I got 2 crusty chicken sandwiches with no hot sauce, and a box of fries and chopped chicken with no sauces at all. No hot sauce, no ranch, and no jalapeño sauce. Completely unedible. And the last time I went there for BBQ in store it was mediocre at best. I don’t recommend this location of you want good food.

If I could give less than one star I would. They were out of half the stuff I wanted to order. The food I did get was terrible. The brisket was dry and tough, and the ribs tasted old and were dry. The mac and cheese tasted soured, like old pasta that’s been in the fridge too long. I threw it away because I didn’t want to get sick. The jalepeno beans were okay, but tasted like they were old too and had the texture of multiple times reheated beans.

Where is the Zero stars option? I did not gain the opportunity of a great experience. Option was given for delivery online, I was told no delivery available & I need to pick up but then I get a call from door dash that they are there for my order. Lots of barbecue sauce was ordered, zero was given. Potato orders did not come with individual condiments, I had containers for others to dig into & share. We had to ask for boxes to be labeled for easy distribution, it’s 9 orders how am I supposed to know what is in each box & people don’t want me all in their food. Worst 1st experience, enough for me to NEVER try it again. I said 9 orders so 8 additional people have also expressed bad experience & do not plan to return.

I’d give them a half a star if I could. Can’t get order right AT ALL. Don’t buy add ons, you won’t get them! Poor customer service and you’ll never be able to get them to answer the phone. No bbq with the food. No extra items that we paid for. Not to mention all the fat. It was excessive. NEVER AGAIN.

Wow! I have never seen a Dickey’s in a Walmart but I’m glad I have. Not only can I get my shopping done, but, I can get a great lunch too! Everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were great and the service was really nice! Very professional and respectful. Will definitely be returning

On 1/16/2022 at 10:00 am, I placed an order for my meal to be delivered at 11:30 am. Only to receive a text from the delivery driver at 11:20 stating that my food couldn’t be delivered because, the store were out of the items I ordered. I then called the store and spoke to a rude employee that said Dickey’s doesn’t deliver and he couldn’t find my order so, I cancelled it all together. Fast forward to today. The website clearly states that the opening time is 11. I called to place an order at 11:08 am, only for the SAME guy to say he’s the only employee in the store and he literally just walked in so he couldn’t take me order. This facility really gives Dickey’s a bad name!! Close the facility or hire new staff IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!

The young man making the orders was clueless and truly didn’t know what he was doing. He didn’t know what a westerner sandwich was. When one of the other workers asked him if he knew how to make it, he said yes and then grabbed the wrong bread for the sandwich. He also should be taught how to properly slice meat as he just cut the sausage into hunks and put them on the sandwich (also neglected to add cheese to the sandwich). First time for poor service from any Dickeys 0 out of 5 stars.
