This Papa Murphy’s location is HUGE! There is a long lobby that is clean, employees have room to walk around, and is overall has a clean environment. They had plenty of choices in soda. The associates were very friendly. It’s kinda interesting that there is a front and back entrance and can see the stocking rooms a little bit, but it’s alright. The cookie dough was a little gooey in the middle after baking for the suggested time.

I’ve held off sending this review because turnover in places like this is high and I am understanding that someone new might be making a pizza and I really enjoy their Mediterranean. However, I’m over it…I usually customize my order adding extra artichoke hearts and take off the tomatoes (and PAY for extra article hearts.) 6 times I’ve ordered this pizza, 5 times they’ve gotten it correct. The last two times I’ve specifically asked the person that’s taking the order to reinforce with the “makers” my request, because they’ve gotten it wrong. Once again I got the wrong pizza and when I called to complain the receptionist said that WAS extra artichokes. This pizza had less artichokes than a normal pizza I’ve ordered. I asked her if the way they made them had changed recently and she said no. Not once did she apologize and was defensive. I know these are normally first time jobs for kids, but put someone on the phone with some customer service skills and maybe regulate the weight of the toppings or something. I’m really irritated, but here’s photos for you to decide.

Arrogant, unhelpful, and rude evening manager (3/30/23 at 6:45pm). Tried to resolve an issue with a pizza I ordered and he refused to help me. Blamed everything on me. Used to love Papa Murphy’s, but no customer deserves to be treated like he treated me tonight. Not a good experience.

We eat here weekly and have never had a problem with our food being made right. Love that I can get it made to order and take it home to cook for maximum freshness. The staff is amazing even when they are short staffed you can tell they’re doing their best to get your food made fast and right. Keep it up guys! ( love how they give more toppings than any other pizza place around town too)

Best food for your buck! Always fresh and made exactly how we specify. Sometimes it’s slow because NO ONE has staff! So I truly appreciate the kids that show up to make food because I’m too lazy to make food that night. Love also that I can have it made and take it home to cook later on.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! We did an order through the app and when we arrived they had messed up, which okay it happens. But then they were like well thats the order, we showed them what we had order through the app and they got rude. We asked politely if they could remake them or refund our money. With attitude they said I guess we can but thats going to take time. Which we understood and waited. When we got the pizzas we saw that they hadn’t gave us our 5 layer cheese bread. The guy rolled his eyes started to make it and was throwing things around once finished he slammed it on the other pizza and walked away.

The food was fine except don’t call in a order if you look up the menu online cause they don’t have the same special offers. I called in for the family feast and they said they would have it ready in about 20 minutes but when i got there they didn’t give me the family feast that was offered on line and its because they don’t have the same offers. It made me a bit mad that they advertise on the sight but dont actually offer what they advertise. The pizza was still really good thou.

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza but this specific one really struggles to get orders right, especially with customized online orders. I have ordered several pizzas and customized them using the online ordering and have received the wrong order or customization. I have never had this issue at other papa Murphy’s franchises.
