A while ago they were making good subs which got us coming here, but their quality has declined substantially. They are so inconsistent in both order accuracy and quality that I would not recommend going out of your way to come here. In about a dozen orders over the last 18 months, less than half of our orders have been correct. There’s always something off, be it wrong size, wrong internals, wrong sandwich altogether, wrong labeling. Same with the fries, we have had one or two good fry orders but then the quality tanked and they consistently taste like stale oil. I don’t know how often they are cycling their fryer oil but it is definitely not often enough, these fries are gross. Today will probably be the last time we order from here.

Delicious sandwiches . I ordered Steak cheese with mushrooms and peppers. Plenty of steak. Everything very tender not greasy or salty. The bread is absolutely delicious. Fresh and soft. I ordered from the Salem NH store. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! My girl and I went walking around to find food and stopped in here on a wim, best decision we made! The sandwiches came out fast and hot, the bread was sooo soft and delicious like it was made to order . If your in Portsmouth I recommend this with out any second thought

Ordered some breakfast takeout from here online. It was super easy to order and track it. When I arrived the sandwiches were hot and ready! I am impressed as both orders were correct and portions were great for the price. The employees greeted me as I walked in which is always nice. Easy, efficient and delicious! Best steak and cheese in the area. Bread is always soft and fresh. Service is friendly. Cooks are efficient and I’ve never had a sandwich not come the way I ordered it. Add the house hot sauce to really elevate that sandwich experience! A small at this place is the same size as a large at every other sandwich shop in town.

The person working was extremely pleasant and even patient with me and my daughter as we made our decision. I got the lobster roll which was very good, generously proportioned. My daughter (who is a very picky eater) said her sandwich was better than any she has had at any other sandwich shop she had been to. Apparently the bread is incredibly soft.
