The cashier was very friendly and welcoming. Service was SLOW. It took me 20+ minutes to order on the inside and get my food at 6pm on a Monday with one couple ahead of me in line. The food was made fresh, but sat under the light due to what looked like a combination of staffing issues and the prep staff moving lackadaisically. Several tables and chairs needed to be wiped down, as well as the floor needed to be swept + mopped. Will not return.

This location has really changed for the better. It is located in a truck stop but has the Burger King feel to it now when you walk in. It used to actually *look* like the fact that it was located inside of a truck stop. I am pretty sure it has come to mind just about every time I heard the song Turn The Page. However, they have gone through a full remodel which really brought this location to life. The service is fast and the food taste like any other Burger King.

This burger king needs to close, they are the worst I’ve ever been too, their food is priced higher because it’s a franchised owned and the employees look like they don’t want to be there. I went there for the 2 for 5$ whopper Jr deal so I ordered 4 (now I’ve done this in other burger kings and they honored my 2 orders and charged me the 11 bucks or so, still over priced fr these bite sized burgers ) the cashier charged me almost 23$ for 4 whopper Jr’s and when I pointed at the promotional poster at the window he said “naw man that’s for something else” so I canceled my order and left. I’m glad half the burger kings are closing and I hope this one is one of them. Nobody should go here unless you wanna pay almost 14$ for a whopper meal.

Super slow service everyday. The girl waited on the person in front of us then walked away. We had to wait for the store manager to come out. This is totally ignorant. They should have more employees working.

Stop understaffing on a Friday and maybe their would be better service here. Cashier was rude and had no way of speaking to customers. I returned a vanilla iced coffee that was literally white like milk, she argued for me to taste it that’s how the coffee is “made here” and I switched it to Mocha which was chocolate milk not coffee. I didn’t want to argue so I left it at that.

The way I watched the manager talk to the employees at BK as she was leaving for the evening was ridiculous. She yelled at them about cleaning up the lobby and not standing around doing nothing. Everything she said should have been said in a respectful way in which all the customers sitting in the lobby didn’t have to hear it. Then her and the lady who rides home with her laughed at what she had just done as they walked out of the door to her car. It’s not cute and not funny. She’s lucky she has people working there that truly want their job or she would’ve cursed out. I hope the right people see this so that she stops this rude behavior immediately. There are times I come to that BK and there is one young lady, not the manager, working the morning rush all by herself and she does it with a smile. That same young lady was being berated by the unprofessional manager. Management needs to be retrained yesterday!!!

They need to change the lady at the register, I’m not racist but I think she is, we stood there for awhile, and when she i guess took our order, no hello. She just took our order. She stood there being quite. Didnt ask if we wanted it as a meal or not, she just stood there like we were nothing. She did this to a couple of people, bc someone heard me explain to my husband what happened to us another lady in the restaurant felt the same way. She needs to change her attitude towards other people.
