The latrine in this place is terrible! AC seems to not work well either , kinda hot and stuffy always. Staff is friendly and food is good. But the owner has to be neglecting this place or has no clue what condition it is in…..no soap..soap dispenser is broken…no paper towels….the toilet hasn’t been cleaned for sure and the walls have patched holes and looks like it’s truly just an after thought to take care of….UPDATE……so the generic response shows that Zaxbys has no clue what customers think or the experience they have..I went ahead and did another review through the site…..maybe the reason this is another example of terrible leadership from corporate down is why some locations are like this one…..it starts at the top.

My family and I have eaten here at Zaxby’s after church a couple times for lunch/dinner. My children enjoy the wings and things and my husband and I like the house salads. The salads are usually good, the only complaints I have is for staff to make sure the wings are freshly cooked to order as well the fries.

Service wasn’t great. Both ice tea’s, sweetened and unsweetened were empty. No paper towels in men’s room. Ordered the zensation salad and it was OK. Nothing to write home about. Looks much better on the commercial and pictures.

Food was just average , Ranch Dressing in a pack,not house made, service average really bad part was a dirty Dining room had to search long for a table clean enough to eat at. When you charge premium prices you should provide exceptional food and experience otherwise your just another Jack’s or McDonalds

I tried to give this location another chance and things have only gotten worse, you’d think the very limited menu would improve food quality but you’d be sadly mistaken. Cold soggy food, dirty lobby, and coke machine not being maintained (I can only imagine how bad the one in the drive thru must be) I say with all certainty we will not be back.

My dad got food for the family for dinner. My portion of the order never came when it was listed on the receipt. Not the first time it has happened at this location. Parents once ordered their salads and it was without chicken. How tf do you forget chicken at a chicken place?
