This is the second and final time we will be returning to this newly opened Panda Express. Both experiences were horrible, and this visit was the last straw. The employee greeted us but was unfriendly. When we placed the order, s/he literally counted one shrimp, meat piece, and one vegetable piece at a time while s/he scooped it onto our plates. Complete lack of urgency and disrespect! We came with less than full to-go plates. On top of that, the fried rice was crunchy! The rice did not cook all the way through. They also refused to accept the survey code for a free entrée with purchase. NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN!

The restaurant is clean, modern and well maintained. Employees are courteous and friendly. Unfortunately the food is the most negative aspect. Sauces are too sweet, the meat in the entrees is over breaded. None of this is the fault of this particular location, the food is fairly uniform and most locations.

Every time I walk into this Panda Express I ask myself why I keep returning for more punishment! The answer is simple: this is the closest Panda Express to my house. The food is always old and dry. The orange chicken is crunchy and the portions are not worth the money. The “bowl” I purchased today was 2/3 super veggies and 8 pieces of orange chicken! That bowl was not worth the money!
