It’s a small place in a small town but looks can be deceiving. I consider myself a tough critic on food especially Italian, because I love it. It’s a cozy place, excellent service (thank you Makayla) and the food is 1. Out of this world delicious but 2. Very generous servings. Between my step mom’s doggie bag and mine I will be eating Napoli’s for a couple of days with a smile. Highly recommended…..you wont be disappointed. Thank you for a lovely dinner with dad and my step mom. I’ve been a customer for a long time but always take out. Dine in experience made a 9 a full 10!!!

Our group had pizza, pasta, fried zucchini, and more. There is no alcohol served here– they are BYOB. They do provide the glasses and opener, if needed. We were tended to as expected. Food was good, salads were fresh. There is a different charge for the Caesar salad versus just the side garden salad if you add it to your meal. The Caesar salad is huge, so it makes sense.

It was pretty clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the wait staff was efficient. The bathrooms were definitely cleaner than most places, so two enthusiastic thumbs up there! I had the caprese salad with grilled chicken and it was not great but it was good. If you are looking for a quick/casual/fast italian joint, this is it! Disfruta/enjoy!

The restaurant looks great after being remodeled, kinda upscale and more in line with the quality of their Italian food. Napoli’s is excellent food, especially the pizza. You can order anything off the menu and you will get the feeling of being grateful. When you bite into it, you can taste the ingredients are high quality and not the cheap stuff. This place been here for years and never disappoints because it is consistently excellent quality. I recommend taking your family to Napoli’s for a delicious meal.

Can’t believer we have passed this place over the years and never tried it!! Sweet cafe atmosphere, Makayla is an amazing waitress and checked on us many times for extra things like parmesan, and dessert 🙂 The Zita was really, great my husband had the Napoli Special the bread was right out of the oven. Smelled sooo good!! Didn’t need butter but I tried it both ways, great either way. Ordered a pizza to go for later I am sure it will great. What a diamond in the rough, it’s on the same side as Hat Creek and Subway on 66 and Rowlett Rd. Definitely worth stopping by and they are also on the site Rowlett Eats, they deliver!
