Given only half of my whole sub, with wrong toppings. Told to bring the sandwich back, the next day, and was hung up on – I missed out on dinner and lunch. Then had issues with getting the correct amount back because they wanted to charge me for the pickle that I couldn’t eat since I was told to bring it back and didn’t want to return the sales tax!

The cashier failed to recognize my military signia even my cap read retired military. The guy in charge seem to get an attitude when we inquired about the discount. Then my wife’s order was super small compared to the last visit even the guy wrapping our food looked at it in shame. We will never visit again and I’ll tell all my military friends about my experience.

Food is good but service is terribly slow. I sat at the window for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. They walked past the window and didn’t even say anything. I had to order on the app because I didn’t get any service at the window.

I waited in line for 15 minutes I heard the lady asked the lady at the drive-thru to wait and then after I stood there 15 minutes she said that she was there first when she wasn’t it took 45 minutes in total to get our food we tried their pepper steak that was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever tried to eat it was dry and did not have any seasoning My son’s bread was half just bred with nothing else not only did their food taste horrible but they didn’t even try to make our order right The lady at the register was downright rude and the bathroom doors don’t lock

I work less than 500 yards from the Baldinos on Wrightsboro Road and visit the location quite frequently for lunch. I was invited to a Super Bowl party and was told everyone is bringing an appetizer. So I really didn’t feel like cooking so I thought, Great I will just order a 4’ sub from Baldinos. I called the store on Friday 10 Feb and placed the order. I asked for a 4’ All American, Baldinos’ Way, with the mayo, mustard, sweet peppers, and jalapeno peppers on the side. Was worried peppers would be too spicy for some.

My friend felt like she had a salad on top of her sub lol. She took off all the lettuce and the plate was completely filled up all she needed was salad dressing. My sub rhat looks like a philly forgot the name was ok. Lacked some flavor.

What is the point of having a online order when you you place an order and arrive 40 minutes later and they have not even looked at the online order tablet to make order. Then take another 20 minutes to finally make 1 sandwich. 5 people working in store 2 walking around doing nothing, no customers other than us waiting for food and still takes 20 minutes for a cold sub at that. Would have given zero stars but at least 1 had to be selected. They did not even apologize or offer a discount for the long wait. This used to be a good place to go but not anymore.
