I absolutely LOVE this place is one one of the few places that sell authentic banh mi.

Pretty good food. I was a little sad that they were out of the number 18 but the number 2 I tried was tasty, but a little dry and the bread was extra hard. The waffles were very good. Do not expect the normal waffle texture, these are much denser and nearly sticky. Eat when warm. The bao bun was good and had half a hard boiled egg in it.

Used to be my go to but everything here is overpriced for the quality and what they offer.. average $7 for a banh mi, $3 for a small plate of rice with sugar, there are cheaper and better alternatives elsewhere that’s like 5 minutes away. Have to spend at least $10 if you want to pay using card.

Came here at 8:30 am with my daughter to get a fried egg sandwich for her. I got a jack fruit and lemon Boba she got mango. She reports the sandwich is great and eating food from all over the world she knows her Vietnamese cuisine.

Ba Le sandwiches used to be my go to for banh mi. But the times have changed. First the GOOD: authentic viet style sandwiches that used to be better. Good variety of stuffins, fresh veggies, just the right size bun. The BAD: they used to be better: meats, pate, hams, etc seem diminished in recent months. Flavors are still good but there’s just less of it. And yeah, they’re not the friendlies folks but it’ll do. Other sammy places are catching up and sometimes surpassing Ba Le.

I used to buy their banh mi whenever I came to shop for groceries but not anymore. One time I ordered 10 banh mi’s with 5 crispy roast pork. When I got home from 45 drive I was anxious to eat my roast crispy pork but none was crispy roast pork. I was very disappointed. Luckily I had my receipt and and she replaced the five banh mi’s. So make sure you check and peek at meat you order before you go home.

One of the few places where they put pate in the sandwich, which is a must for me! Love their banh mi heo quay (crispy pork belly) and you can also purchase their items individually to take home. We like to buy their plain bread, pate and mayonnaise to bring home. I also love their nuoc mia (sugarcane juice).

Awesome bahn mi! Not the best I’ve ever had, but it’s very flavorful and a great sandwich for $5. I got a number 2, would definitely recommend. Meat was delicious and tender, and the vegetables all tasted very fresh. I do wish there was a bit more meat on the sandwich to give a better meat to veggies ratio, but that’s a minor critique. I will definitely go back and try the other versions. This was about 20 minutes away and I would eat it immediately next time, bread got a little soggy. But I knew that might happen, so not blaming the restaurant for that. Sorry for the not great picture quality, I was too hungry to take a better one!

Bahn mi seems to be hard to find in Denver but this place definitely hits the spot. It’s also cheap. Only $5 for any bahn mi. I had one with fried egg and it was delicious.

Best banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) in town. Fresh and tasty. My favorite is the Chinese BBQ pork (Char siu) sandwich.
