This was an amazing place with great food and service. This is more of a college hangout, but no matter how mature we get, we love a spot with games. It was absolutely beautiful and had ping-pong, corn hole, etc. We had a great time visiting family at this hang out. Highly recommended.

Awesome restaurant. The food was delicious and our waiter, Andy was very friendly and helpful. Portions were just right and flavors were great. The shrimp salad I had was refreshing. Location is great as it’s walking distance from the college campus and hotels.

The Culinary Dropout is one of our favs! Today I tried the Egg Sandwich which is my first order off the brunch menu. It was awesome, definitely recommend.

The atmosphere is really nice. Cool lights. Cornhole and table tennis you can play. The food was delicious. We did the pretzel fondue as an appetizer, roasted salmon entree and the banana bar for dessert and it was all delicious. Our server was also very nice and helpful with our decisions.

Went here for Lunch and it was packed with people and groups waiting. We sat at the bar because we didn’t want to wait. The drinks were good, nothing too spectacular. The presentations of the drinks were lovely, however. The food had a better impression on me than the drinks. I had the chicken sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich wasn’t dry or too moist to be sloppy, it had a great balance and flavor as well. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, a bit loud- but this comes with a crowd… Overall, it’s a nice place for lunch and as I was told a great place to hang at night.

We come here every year when we are attending spring baseball for the Padres and the cubs! We arrived at 5:00 p.m. and it took an unusual amount of time due to low staff to be seated. We ordered our favorite steak dish and the kids had their burger and chicken fingers. Lots of young people and the drinks were following, my table love top shelf Pepsi! Ping Pong tables and sweet and sour wings makes for a great night. Now we head back to San Diego and look forward to the next year!

Went in to this place for a quick sharable as we waited for our dinner reservations at another restaurant and we got hooked.! We smashed our apps and came back the next night for dinner. The vibe here is amazing. Will visit again on our trip back!! 10/10

All I can say is, when the Korean Rib Eye says “limited availability,” they weren’t lying. As you can see the very small amount of meat provided (probably less than 4oz) was hidden under a large amount of garnish and vegetable. For $33, all I can say is, do NOT order this overly priced waste of a meal… ♂️

Food is great, paying $62 for takeout without utensils or napkins or the sides for the kids meal is absurd. Maybe it was because we ordered at 11:30pm or maybe the dropouts should actually go to school and learn some restaurant management because this culinary graduate could do better without trying.

The service at the bar was amazing. Both of our bar tenders were very attentive and sociable. They earned their tips! We ate at the bar also. The food took a lot longer than it should to come out, which left my salmon under the lamp for too long. By the time I got it, it was overcooked. The pesto was delicious as was the rest of the dish. I am not making excuses for them as I have no affiliation, but the place was wall to wall people. It was VERY popular on a Wednesday night. I’m willing to give them another chance in the food because the dish my friend had was perfect according to him.
