I remember why I quit going to KFC!! I ordered original, but what I got was very dark and over cooked. The crust was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Never again!!! $20 for 2 edible pieces.

Tried to make a order on the app and kept saying my bag was empty did this several times. Went to the KFC in Fulton thinking they could help big mistake waited for help and then was told that the item I was trying to order was 22 dollars instead of 10 dollars as advertise on the app. Manager then said nothing they can do call Kfc . I did what a waste of a hour . Love your customer service.

Actually, everything was OK until just recently when the general manager by the name of Jennifer told me that I could not get my order in all dark meat I had to get dark and light. I’ve been eating at KFC for so long, including this KFC and ordered whatever family meal I wanted in all dark. Sometimes I’ve had to wait a little while longer which is perfectly fine but I was told that at this store they cannot do that because they don’t have enough chicken even I offered to come back so to me that’s not great service that’s not how you stay in business either in a small town, so I will not be returning and I hope that their manager gets some better training

WORST KFC EVER I ordered 4 chicken strips only and 1 chicken pot pie no sides no drink it cost me almost $19.00 chicken pot pie was only 6.79 so 4 strips cost the rest . Called them manager told me it was the way they rang it up??? If I would have order 8 pc it would cost me $10.00 other wise it $2.59 a pc. they were the smallest stips I have ever seen and over cooked never again. Manager told I could come get my receipt. Because they never gave one in the bag.

The worst experience ever at this location. The chicken was over cooked, all the pieces were very small, the corn was nasty, the biscuits were extremely dry. I doubt we will ever get take out from this store again.

I called the restaurant an hour and twenty minutes before their closing time, at 8:40 pm, and asked the young lady if I could give them a to-go order & come in to pick it up shortly. “No!” she said. “We can’t take call-in orders.” O…kay, I said. I just need two extra crispy chicken breasts. Can you tell me if you have them available before I drive clear across town? “We don’t,” she said. Okay, says I, could you MAKE them when I get there? “No! she replied emphatically. Our kitchen is CLOSED!” But, I said, you don’t close until 10:00? And it’s only quarter to nine? And all you sell is chicken?? She hung up on me. VERY disappointing and unprofessional!€

Ordered box 12.99. Chicken strips. Handed me drink covered in diet pepsi. Requested it be wiped off before i took it. Then asked for napkins so i could finish wiping the entire cup off. Got food and drove couple blocks to park. Checken strps so hard could barely bite a hunk off. Dry as cotton. Choked me. Took back. Kfc replaced strips. They were just as bad as first batch. Gave back for refund. Was given cas refund even tho i used debit to buy it. Guess refund is correct, never got receipt.

I don’t write many reviews but this place needs to get their act together. They don’t have the dining room open so the drive through is typically long and very, very SLOW. I know KFC does not cook to order so not sure why it takes forever for the drive through. Opening up the dine in area would help some. But still, they need to work on their drive through efficiency and timeliness.

Very unpleasant meal, I specified that I wanted original and got extra crispy. The corn was horrible, tasted like it was a week old. The mac and cheese was very nasty. The only thing edible was the mashed potatoes and gravey.

I went to pick up a 12 piece chicken meal cost is unreal but I love kfc, this was at 430pm, the drive thru was crowded but still got home 40 minute drive to open the bucket to old/dried out/nasty chicken. So disappointed the price was almost $50.00
