This is the best pizza place here in western NC. I came here last week for my first time and the guy that works here answered all my questions and assured me that he makes good food! It’s a one-man show and he runs it well. The service was amazing and made me feel very welcomed.

Pizza is crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. It’s why it’s so hard to get everything right if you use subpar ingredients. This place is old school and food done right. Crust was delicious. Just the right amount of sauce. Generous cheese that is delicious and stringy. Topping were perfect. Absolutely fantastic pie. Finally!

Speechless… this place is phenomenal! Been living in Asheville for a while now and I’m upset I haven’t found this place sooner!! As I wanted for the finishing touches on my pizza, the man working man working made it a point to keep and hold a convo with me and I think that alone goes above and beyond! 7/5 stars if I could! Probably going to order again tomorrow lol.

A local legend, when Franks Roman Pizza closed we were devastated. A friend of ours told us that they had reopened a location in Woodfin, and it seemed too good to be true. We took the chance, called them up and ordered a sicilian pizza to go. The absolute beast that we picked up, sure enough was the old school Franks Roman Pizza that we have absolutely adored since literally the early 80’s. To whomever it is that reopened this place, THANK YOU so much for keeping this legendary pizza place alive. We will be back! It is the best pizza in western North Carolina, and we will always miss watching Frank throwing dough in the kitchen 🙂 You will not find a better pizza in the mountains.

I’ve always regarded Frank’s as the best pizza I’ve ever had. I grew up with my parents ordering Frank’s once a week. Now as an adult, I can confidently say that this is the highest quality pizza you can buy. The fresh ingredients in combination with the homemade dough makes an incredible and delicious experience. I ordered a classic style and a supreme Sicilian style pizza. The classic was an awesome trip down memory lane, while the Sicilian was amazing and absolutely loaded with toppings. If you love superb pizza, don’t miss out here. Your stomach and taste buds will thank you.

WOW! We ordered a cheese and pepperoni Sicilian pizza. The sauce and crust was on point. It was so delicious! Probably the best pizza we’ve had here in Asheville. And we’ve tried a lot of pizza places bc my husband is Italian and from the New England area (aka very picky). Highly recommend this gem if you want quality pizza! Well worth the wait!
