We usually come here when we stay at the Warehouse Hotel in Spooky Nook, and it’s a great family restaurant. I haven’t tries their all day breakfast yet, but their chicken francese, desserts and taco soup are delicious! Although they charge for refills, they have extraordinary service and have reasonable prices. I’m looking forward to coming back here!

Was up in this area to watch my nephew play basketball and after the game, we wanted something to eat, so I Google nearby restaurants, and this place came up. We were a little reluctant to go just because we did not know the area. But wow, what a great time we had. The food and service were great. This is a great example of a classic PA Family restaurant/ or Diner. All your favorites are here on a seemingly endless menu. Been patronizing this location for more than 20 years, since my kids begged to go for the pancakes with a clown face on them in whipped cream. I like the creamed chipped beef over hash browns, so breakfast is also a favorite of mine. Have had many lunches and dinners as well.

Not sure what happened to this place, was there recently, June 2021, everything seems to be microwaved, when your broccoli crowns are hot but the stems are cold you know it’s been microwaved. I had wengers ham loaf only because I knew that is good. My husband’s meatloaf was mediocre. So if you want microwave food , Not sure what is made from scratch, go to this restaurant.

Breakfast! – I hadn’t been here for quite a while. The food is fresh and very tasty, Cinnamon bun pancakes are very good, *recommend getting the icing on the side unless you’re up for a good dose of sugar.

Not really sure where to begin, so many positives. Place was packed! The woman who greeted us (who I’d imagine to be the owner or manager) was busting her tail. Cleaning, checking folks out. She was very respectful directing her staff, which were working really hard as well. Our waitress, was super attentive while being insanely busy. Another staff member offered us coffee and they all seemed to help each other out. The quaint old school diner look made me feel happy and nostalgic. The food was AMAZING! I will be going back to try new things ASAP. Really nice experience. Loved our first visit!
