Last month we came here when there was a couple working. Pizza was terrific, customer service great. We thought we’d come back today, and now I wish we hadn’t. Pizza dough was unproofed, making it sour and a texture like cardboard. We ended up throwing it away. And customer service- well, it was obvious that this young man really doesn’t like his job and could’ve cared less. ♀️ We really love Sbarro’s pizza, but today’s experience changed that for me.

Do not recommend this place based off of their customer service alone. I walked up the sign that clearly states to “place order here” and made eye contact with two of the four employees several times and when another party came to the counter to the side of me and got their order taken I asked the employee right in front of me is this not where I place the order? She said “she’s taking orders” and pointed to the middle section of the counter. Lol. Ridiculous how you can’t get basic customer service when I was about to spend 10 dollars for some spaghetti that I could probably make better and fresher at home. Definitely recommend the Chinese place next door though!!!

Zero stars if I could. The lady asked what I was ordering but somehow got distracted and walked off while I was talking. I finally was able to order which I only asked for two slices. She put them in the oven and walked off again. Both slices sat in there for 6 mins. At this time there are 3 workers behind the counter. I looked at the other lady and told her, hey those two slices in the oven are mine. Because I can tell the pizza is probably overcooked at this point. She looked me in my eyes and walked off. There is no excuse because they literally always have the shortest line. 3 workers but no customer service. Terrible.

Paid 6$ for a half cold half like warm soggy slice of pizza. No parm cheese. No black olives on their supreme pizza; although it says that’s one of the topping. Customer service at a zero.

The staff was perfectly friendly and helpful; unfortunately that’s where the positive experience ends. The pizza oven was covered in foil, which automatically means they are not bringing it to a proper temp to heat the pizza thoroughly. We had three slices total between the 3 of us and they were all cold with sad crust. The bread sticks were decent, but again, barely warmed through. The Sbarro’s of your 90s mall childhood experience is dead. This last critique isn’t Sbarro’s fault, but there was also an entire flock of birds in the food court flying and shatting where they please…our experience at Sbarro’s did quickly lead to the latter, but the birds seemed to be having a much better experience in general.

I normally don’t write reviews. But this was the worst pizza place ive ever had. I love pizza and have tried any pizza place that has come in my bath. And this is absolutely disgusting. Like the pizza is still cold. The marinara sauce tastes like the scooped the meat/ noodles out of the spaghetti and just gave you the sauce. Which is not good with cold pizza. Very disappointed and waste of 10)
