Tasty brisket, that’s for sure. But, without the sauce it’s pretty bland. Also their corn chowder was excellent. Nice place. Obviously, a little too expensive, but, hey you are in Resorts World, what do you expect lol.

This just is not great BBQ. I got the pulled pork, turkey, brisket fried rice and jalapeno coleslaw. The turkey carried the weight even though it was barely smoked, if it was at all. It had good texture and was moist. I’d eat it again. The pulled pork was trash. It was barely smoked and the sauce was flat. The coleslaw was meh. A little spicy, but lacked depth. The brisket fried rice was good and I’d eat it again. Nothing here was good enough to compel me to eat here again, though.

Hey, this is real Texas brisket, you only get 8 oz for a $20 but encouraging them with tip and asking them nicely to carve a couple of hefty pieces works. And Resorts World LV makes it convenient plus you get points on your players card. It’s very tasty and authentic Brisket. Also if u are following Keto or Carnivore diet this is a great choice. Delicious and filling!

Wasn’t a fan of this place. The meat has a decent smoke to it, but they are trying to infuse an Asian twist on their menu, probably because they are in the street food market at resorts World. Their sauce is not traditional, so if you are expecting that you will be surprised. I wasn’t a big fan of it. Also tried the brisket fried rice and just found it lacking. It failed to capitalize on the brisket and the fried rice, almost like it lacked an identity of what it was. Could have been executed better and been a tasty dish. Probably wouldn’t go back here.

This food stall is located in the famous foods area at Resorts World. I might have to say that this was probably my favorite food stall! I would love to try the restaurant in Texas. I’m sure the play would not disappoint! The smoked beef brisket had a smokey flavor, as it should! But the brisket was tender and the flavor was there. The brisket fish came with toast and a dish dish of sauce. I’m not entirely sure what kind of sauce it was, but it was t your regular BBQ sauce. It had a slight vinegar taste and had a bit of spice to it. Whatever it was I would highly recommend trying it out! I would come here again!

Food was excellent with a short wait time. The turkey was well smoked with a good rub. The sausage had a lot of cheese mixed into it. It was one of the better cheese sausages I’ve had. The corn is spicy. Not burn-your-face-off scorpion pepper spicy, but it is spicy. The bread that the entrées come with is nothing special. Could have taken it to the “wow” level with buttered toast.

Had the thit nuong pork belly burnt ends. Unfortunately it was way too salty. Left like 3 pieces of pork because I just couldn’t finish it. The flavor was ok, but the saltiness ruined it. Really wanted to like this place because the idea of Vietnamese fusion Texas bbq sounded great, but can’t recommend it.

Do not look at review!! I have had brisket in Austin, New York and Arizona and these guys do a great job! Very tender and not dry. Just do here get brisket an ld you’ll be happy. Great guys and good service. I am good guy and they did a great job!!
