Got the Pork Chashu Bun and it was fire! The bun itself I could have ate alone. The pork was so tasty so it went well together.

I ordered the Special Tonkotsu Ramen ($17), it comes with 1 piece of pork while one half submerging the broth was lukewarm but the other half was ice cold. On top of it, the pork is mostly FAT. Tonkotsu was suppose to be a clear white creamy broth however, this one looks like a soy sauce base. The worst of it, it is salty and there is a layer of oil floating on top of the broth. SKIP!

Location: Good, Parking: Okay, Service:50-50, Price for food received:Okay, Overall: A first time try and I will say the Ramen was very good, chicken was fine, and the sushi roll was different. I ordered the special for $20 and asked if a drink came with the meal. The cashier just looked at me and said “There’s water” and filled a cup with water. They didn’t offer me a choice which was weird. Would I go back, yes for the food. The Service needs some adjustments..

The soup had great mouth feel and flavor and the noodle was good. The soft boiled egg was perfect. I feel the portions are a bit small for the price though for most of the items. The hand roles was very tasty but also felt it was more expensive than it should be.

We went to Bushi by Jinya in Rancho Cucamonga [we live in Corona.] We ordered 3 to go Bushi Soul Black and when we went home they forgot to add meat in our ramen.

Tried the blue crab hand roll, it was amazing! A must for crab lovers. It was cool that they wrap it to keep the seaweed crunchy too. Will be back to try the ramen sometime.

Easy to order and reassemble their handrolls. This keeps the nori always crunchy. Friendly service.

I got the spicy chicken noodles and it was so good. I asked for mild spice. It was the right amount of spice, if someone doesnt want too much. I added spicy sauce and no matter how much I added, it still tasted perfect. When I got it the temperature was perfect too i could start eating straight away. I dined in, the atmosphere is welcoming.
