Ordered a #3, double bacon cheeseburger, pickles and mustard only. Got my sandwich it’s a single, no bacon, with everything on it. Sent it back, they sent out the same burger with bacon. Sent it back AGAIN, this time its pickles, mustard, bacon, cheese, with ONE patty. And you fast food workers want $18+ an hour, and you can’t even read at 4th grade level….

Apparently this is the worst sonic ive ever been too. Waited 15 min in the drive through from a #3 (Bacon Double Cheese burger meal)…what did I get? Look at the picture, a single cheese burger with mustard….I didn’t discover the mistake until I get on the road and am 5 miles down I-35, THEN discover the mistake and can not even turn around…so I call them, they transfer me to the manager, and she says hello I can’t hear you and just hangs up the phone. Last time I’ll ever go to that sonic on my weekly drive from OKC to DFW. Terrible service. To top it off, they didn’t even give me a receipt. It’s okay though, I’ll dispute the $11.99 charge via chase for not receiving goods I paid for.

So today I made my order I had to wait 30 min for my order to come out and then all the Burgers. Was wrong so I let them know and I’m still waiting and it’s been over 30 minutes. So my order on the 2nd time came out wrong and cold so it’s 3 attempt to get my food right so got we got here at 12: 00 and it’s 1 :05 and still haven’t gotten my order right they said they are really busy and backed up. …. so here I am waiting on my order….. 1:20 I got my order right

Came for breakfast, Ordered a sausage bfast burrito meal. Eggs were burnt and old tasting, same as sausage. I opened the burrito to take off the burnt eggs and found a black hair. All but about 4 of my tater tots were rock hard somehow. I’ll go to the one down the road before coming back to this one ‍♀️

Pauls valley is full of the friendliest people. These employees and managers will bend over backwards to not help you. They will go the extra mile to create more work for themselves to not please you. Few minutes away is another sonic that for some reasons always is friendly and helpful, odd.
