Staff and management are totally incompetent. Completely unprofessional and horrible at doing a simple job. Totally delivered me wrong order and no one ever even picks up the phone. Polite, but consider telling customers accurate wait times if you are insufficiently staffed. I live less than a mile from here and waited 2 hours for a medium pizza and bread sticks on a Monday night. The pizza was cold and when I asked for a replacement they said they were unable to accommodate that request. If you can’t hire anyone, consider paying more and you may get more applicants.

We orded a pizza with extra cheese and we got a pizza with only crust and sauce. Had to drive the pizza back and they refused to refund us even though they said the mistake on was on their end. Horrible customer service. The manager was also wearing his mask as a chin diaper, very unprofessional.

I haven’t been to Domino’s in over 6yrs. Figured I’d try it again. So I ordered a Thin Crust Bacon, Mushroom & Thin Crust Ham, Pineapple.Toppings were correct, but there was no sauce on the pizza’s.
