I really wanted a sandwich from here but stood around for over 5 minutes with no one to take our order. I was there long enough to take some photos of employees on their phones. I’m pretty disappointed in this service. So we went across the street to get sandwiches instead. ***I have been to this location several times with no issue and great service but tonight they were struggling.

I was the only one in the drive through today. Ordered a sandwhich, soup, and drink. The guy at the window was not friendly. When I got my food he just shoved it at me and slammed the window shut. There was still a crack so I said “hey you forgot my drink” and was completely ignored. I would have understood if they had been busier but this was just really rude

Rose was our cashier upon our first time eating at this location, she was friendly and polite. I ordered a pick 2 with the cheddar broccoli soup and a turkey bacon club. The sandwich was amazing but the soup wasn’t very warm. More like a Luke warm temperature, which isn’t really my thing. The food was good though. Rose did her best to keep the lobby cleaned as people came in and out.

The Schlotzsky’s in Kansas was different from the one’s on the east coast. The menu selection is limited with a heavy emphasis on chicken type sandwiches. No Reuben option, no pastrami option and no potato salad or macaroni salad option. Was a bit expensive for what was offered.

Had to run down to Derby for work. Saw Schlotzsky’s had put a new shop in. Stopped in was greeted by Rose. friendly and professional. She took my order and made sure I got what I needed. Sandwich was “AWESOME” that famous crunchy sourdough fresh bread. I did not get the shorter Hispanic gentleman’s name. But he made my sandwich and knocked it out of the park! Well done front staff and line crew. Go see them craving a well made sandwich. I am glad I did!

Great option from other sandwich shops. The bread is delicious. More pricey. I would typically give 5 stars but, this last time I ordered two ham & cheese and one original. One ham & cheese, no black olives. None of the sandwiches were marked. In the age of covid, I just don’t like opening up sandwiches to see who gets which one. Schlotzsky’s is my favorite sandwich shop. They need to fix the marking system for orders with different sandwiches. And the price went up $5 from just a couple months ago. Same order. Wow. Unless they charged me extra for no olives?
