Little Caesars Pizza here in Fort Payne is the best. These young people always turn out a great pizza, and you can count on it being good. The employees here are always hustling to take care of each customer. Even when they are usually covered up with business, it never affects the service or the quality of food. This location has never failed to satisfy our pizza cravings!

Not a single thing hot and ready at 5pm is bad enough, but a full lobby and parking lot full of people waiting is just insanity. Been waiting 30 mins and still no pizza? On a carry out?? That you advertise as hot and ready? Seriously people. Save your time. I’d say order ahead but last time it took me 45 mins to get here and it still wasn’t ready. This location is just terrible. I won’t do this again.

The only thing that kind of bothered me a little was the employees are not friendly they’re not mean but they’re just not friendly and outgoing and if you say something like crack a little joke there’s no smile it’s just a dead person standing there looking at you LOL when I go in there and that changes I’ll change my star about service to a 5 other than that it was great

They try to nickel and dime you at this location. They tried to charge us a little over $3 for 1 cup of marinara even though we bought cheese sticks. They don’t put extra pepperoni on the extra. We will be going to the scottsboro location from now on.

I ordered online, got my first confirmation email, and left thinking I would be able to pick up my order. I was wrong. I arrived, asked about my order, then watched the manager walk my order around and put it in the portal. Problem: I was never given a three digit number for the portal. She refused to give me my order, that I had already paid for. So by time I got home and retrieved the number, which was sent to me after I had already arrived at the store to pick up, it would have set in the warmer for an hour and been another 30 minutes to get it home. I am not paying for food an hour and half old, when I was there on the prescribed time. Called for a refund and the manager got rude and refused the refund. I’m out my money and I have no food. I also used to work at that store and I know for a fact that hot-n-ready is not fresh. They will swap old pizza bar codes with new stickers and sell them as fresh.
