My husband just returned from this Papa Murphy’s location (it’s 4:55pm) We wanted the large pizza that is offered for $9.99 on Tuesdays. One of the kids working said “we don’t have large. You can get an extra large.” Okay. It’s what it is. He requested that only half of the pizza have sausage. The kid proceeded to fill the entire pizza with sausage and was totally oblivious to my husband telling him NO sausage! The reason he was oblivious was because he and another employee were discussing what time they were getting off of work. Per their conversation, hubby learned that both are off at 5:00pm and that as of 5:00pm, this location will only have one employee on duty. Instead of holding a full conversation with each other, they should’ve paid attention to the customers. And, imagine that poor employee starting at 5:00pm with no help! (I hope this isn’t true) Due to the fact that the employee ignored my husbands request for half sausage, we will just pick the sausage off. Now, had I been there, I would’ve had him remake the pizza! Needless to say, we will not return to the St. Francis location.

I ordered some pizzas online, paid, and received a confirmation email and a time to pick them up. I drive over to the shop to get them, and there was a sign on the door that it was closed. So they got my money, I wasted a bunch of gas, and I got no pizza. I received a call from the store manager the next day as I saw my payment go through on my credit card. She said the refund would go through in 3-5 business days. But I got no apology, and just an excuse. I emailed corporate about the situation and was given a coupon code for $5 off only certain types of full priced pizzas with several exclusions. All I wanted was an apology and some empathy, and the 5 bucks off a $20 pizza was just a slap in the face.

This location has really gone down hill. For the second time in less than a month my order has resulted in inedible slop. WAY too much sauce. WAY WAY too much cheese ( and I love me some cheese). Too many toppings. No matter how long it’s baked the crust is a soggy doughy disaster. I won’t make this mistake a third time.

Very rude young ladies working, store was out of several items was given a refund but when issuing refund was not asked for credit card to issue refund. Asked for corporate phone number and the ladies names and was told they wouldn’t give either and there would be no manager available until Monday (this is as of Thursday evening).
