I place my order. They said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I picked up the food and it was still hot after 10 minute ride home. The General Tao’s chicken was nice and spicy. Egg rolls were great. Definitely recommend.

Girlfriend and I are frequently going to China Wok, and it never disappoints. Food always tastes great, and definitely get enough for what you spend. Always left feeling full with more to eat later. Friendly staff and delicious food, what more can you ask for?

They jumped the price very high now, and only large size order now. BS. The only thing taste good here is the fried shrimp. The rice is nasty with no flavor i have to recook it when i take it home. The rice is not soft enough. They upped the price for food thats not good.

I’m usually a patient person, but calling there it’s impossible to hear them over the phone background noise. Fine. I’m still patient. But when the woman on the other end starts raising her voice and saying things like “I TOLD YOU” when I’m trying to ask questions and understand what she’s saying, it starts to get a little off putting. I understand the accent and phone static makes things hard to hear, I’M patient. But I expect the woman on the other end TAKING MY ORDER to be patient and civil with me in return. I was NEVER ONCE rude to her, but she was absolutely rude to me. In the end, I opted to NOT order from China Wok. I don’t need someone YELLING at me while I’m trying to place my damn order.

Food is horrible. I just ordered General Tsao, white meat. What I received looks nothing like the picture on the website. Chicken was hard, can barely bite into it. Chicken didn’t seem to be fresh. Seems as though it was old Chicken that was reheated. I spent $36. This will be my first and last time purchasing from this restaurant.

The food is always good and so is the service. I go in around closing time (not on purpose, it just happens) and they never show it if they are annoyed or not. You get a lot for the price, super cheap eat. Always my go to Chinese place.

Finally! A Chinese restaurant in Hammond that feels and tastes like a Chinese restaurant should! Not to dig too harshly at the other local options, but let’s just say our tradition of Christmas Eve Chinese takeout took a hit when we moved to Louisiana five years ago, until we found this place.

Food is disgusting. I ordered chicken wing with rice. I would feed that garbage to my dog. They give 6 precooked shrimp rice had no flavor. Chicken taste like they didn’t add no salt or pepper they should marinate it. Not going there no more.
