Our last visit there was the worst experience ever at a Dunkin Donuts. They cater to the drive thru, and don’t seem to care about the walk in customer. They don’t like taking your order at the register, and expect you to use the kiosk. Very inconvenient when you want to use cash. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for 2 drinks and 3 donuts.

This has to be the worst run Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The first time I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order before giving up. The second time it happened again. This time I went inside. Of course they had a sign that said drive thru service only. There were two employees just standing there doing nothing. I informed them that they had customers waiting to have their orders take. In thr drive thru. Their response was “oh they didn’t say anything.” I get back in line and wait another 10 minutes to have my order taken followed by waiting another 10 minutes before I had to leave without my order. I will not be returning and I would strongly advise you avoid this one.

This place is slow. And sometimes the ratio is off with sugar, creamer, coffee. Visit 3x a week sometimes with a different tasting coffee each time. Yikes. I keep going back though because it is just convenient in location and I can get gas after I order a coffee and wait for it.

Absolute WORST Dunkin ever! The staff is incredibly rude and lazy. I try once in a while to give it another chance and I swear it gets worse. They get orders wrong or make them wrong. I don’t know how their still in business. Today just topped it off when they charged me an extra $2 for a single serve cream cheese which I have NEVER been charged for before at any Dunkin.

They really do make the better donut of the Dunkin’s ’round these parts. They’re actually FILLED WITH THE FILMING YOU PAY FOR! (instead of a quarter sized squirt all the way at the edge of one “side” of it which I’ve been finding is everywhere but this one.)
