Ordered carry out a few days ago and we were very unimpressed. They were rude at the counter, and when I called about our pizza being undercooked and breadtwists being burnt they made it sound like it was our fault for not picking it up fast enough. Even though we ordered online while sitting in the parking lot and went in when the app told us to. I feel like this place has slowly gone downhill since new owners took it over and honestly would rather buy a frozen pizza than go here again. So sad, this place used to have the best pizza. The only domino’s I would eat at.

We normally don’t have issues with Domino’s pizza. But this most recent order I found cardboard baked INTO our pizza! That is definitely not okay! Having to throw away what we saved for left overs and praying we didn’t feed our kids cardboard in their slices from last night.

Waited an hour and a half for this. Alita,Elita the manager assured me she made this and it was made properly. You pick up a piece everything falls off. Greasy and slimy. Unprofessional and poor customer skills. I would have walked to Pizza Hut as they do not deliver here. Great town, bad pizza!

I’m giving a 5-star to this place for a couple of reasons. I am live in Spencer, Iowa and I have always liked Domino’s pizza, unfortunately we do not have one in my town. My nephew is going to college in Fort Dodge and I stopped here cause I wanted pizza. Well I ordered pizza for myself and for my nephew to have some food since he is in college around 7 pm as I was getting gas in a town about 50 mins away and would pick it up when I got into town. Long story short I get there around 8 pm and my order is not ready and I am having to wait a little longer, no problem I can wait. From the looks of it they had a massive order come in after mine and were swamped trying to get it done. No problem I know how food places can get their backsides handed to them.
