Fast service,good efficient employees. There’s usually a bum sleeping by the door or on the sidewalk…. everything is fine except for the paper/cardboard bowls they use. The rice sticks all over the bowl also the bowl leeches a cardboard flavor into the food if you let it sit. I don’t know if they use the cardboard for the soup still but that’s a really stupid corporate idea. The first and last time I had it the soup had paper taste to it.

Bad food AND bad atmosphere. Customer service sucks! That girl didn’t even look at me while I was ordering. Food always turns up burnt or just plain mest up as well most of the time.I don’t even know why I keep coming back. I wanted the hot hanabi beef and I got regular beef. Not surprised…
