Went to this location three times around 11:00 PM since they’re the only thing in the area open, all three times we were declined service. Why stay open til 1AM if you’re going to deny anyone who shows up past 11? If you need some late night grub before heading home, don’t waste your gas.

My Fiancé and I went through the Drive Thru at 9:50pm on Friday May 12th. The drive thru was slow, but that wasn’t the issue, the food is accurate and warm. Our issue was that when at the drive thru window we see one of the line cooks pulling up his pants and playing on his phone with gloves on, then returned to the kitchen using the same pair of gloves. Not only is this unsanitary, but it is also just unprofessional. The boy was a tall(6’1), slim(150lbs), Caucasian, and looking to be about 20 years old. I’m only writing a review because as a manager in fast food service I would want to know if I had an employee doing this. Please, to the GM and AM of this location, heavily teach your employees and cooks about food safety. For the safety of your team and the safety of your guests. Not all to complain, the two men working the drive thru were absolutely great! Good manners, good guest greeting, and let us know about anything that was happening.

If you like the saying first come first serve, this place is not for you. Ordered in the lobby after waiting 17 minutes I asked what was going on and why do I see cars rolling through the drive thru. Employee states our big manager pushes the drive thru first priority. There was no one in the lobby when I arrived. I then waited about 7 minutes for my food to feed three people. 25 minutes for taco bell with an empty lobby. I guess if you want to eat inside, order through the drive thru then go inside, eat and just leave the trash because they don’t care about the lobby customer. What a joke!!

I normally go to taco bells around virginia 3-4 times a week. As a vegan I always order fresco bean burritos. They are almost always made incorrectly and I’ve waited many times for over 20 minutes for just bean burritos to them being made with old product.

When a customer orders either a hard or soft shell taco supreme, if you open it up its almost gross. Yesterday I got two soft ones. All the sour cream is ALWAYS on 1 end only, not spread out where you can enjoy it. EXTREMELY VERY LITTLE MEAT, TONS OF TOMATO BITS, LETTUCE IS WILTED. This happens every single time. WTH ? are they not trained in how to make these properly where they look edible ?

They seemed to be training a new employee who struggled with our order so eventually a manager had to take over. Then because the line got so long we were trapped in the parking lot by the back of the line as we tried to pull out. Avoid if they’re busy and you’re in a rush.
