My wife decided to try the mobile ordering at this new store. It was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. We arrived at the mobile widow at the specified time, and it was ready. They got the order right and the food was high quality and tasty. She was a happy customer and we will order again.

I’ve been in here multiple times since it opened and have not had a single bad experience! The crew are always smiling and kind. The food has been exceptional each time. Hot, fresh and the perfect equation of toppings on my bowls and burritos. They have even had veggies EVERY visit!!!

My son and I frequent Chipotle establishments and enjoy the food. My loved this one as well but I thought the chicken was a bit salted more. However, the service was great, both the meal preparer and the cashier. The place was well kept and neat for a meal time rush. Overall a 4, just reduce some salting and it gets a 5 from me.

The food was great! but the restaurant was a hot mess. They definitely need to clean it more often. I was really worried about eating there because it was such a mess. There was food all over the counters and tables were dirty. The floor even looked dirty.

Overall a very lackluster experience. Third time in the store and received really small portions on everything I ordered. Not sure why the portion size differs so much in between but I am hesitant to return to this location in the future. After a mediocre experience at best, I found a hair in my burrito. I was surprised to find that the lobby was clean as other times it was a bit messy. Just overall really disappointed in the service, portions and now hair in my food.

We Ordered online at 1030 am, food was supposed to be ready by 1050. When my daughter walked in the employees were still prepping and were not ready to serve. Furthermore Food order was never received and reimbursement was not possible due to them receiving the order. So now we have to make a claim with the credit card company who has to investigate and it will include a letter that we’ll receive and a report that we need to write to back up that claim. What a nightmare and typical example of different departments not knowing how to organize the rollout of a new location. I bow to never eat Chipotle again. Such truly awful management and training does not serve my support nor my hard earned money!

We ordered online and went through the Chipotlane he asked us to pull in and 35 minutes later our food came out. My daughter’s kids meal was missing the drink, a side, Chips and spoon. Our burritos were not tasty and the chips were so dry not salty at all!!! I was so excited for this new Chipotle because the one on Bechtle was so gross here in the past 2 years. I used to love Chipotle…. where did Chipotle go? This is not it.

I’m guessing they don’t speak to black doordashers because I came in waited 10 minutes. A white girl dashing too came in they gave her her food when it was done. My customer was so mad he canceled the order. They had me waiting 35 minutes. But that’s ok they are not hurting me they are hurting themselves.

Don’t order any food before you arrive at this chipotle, they consistently give out the wrong orders. I had to give the first meal they gave me back because they handed me one with the wrong name on it. Then they gave me one with no name at all, they said it was a steak bowl but when I got back to work to eat it, it was pork. Additional The food isn’t good in comparison with other chipotles, especially the chips. They where soggy, over salted and unappetizing. If you want chipotle in the Springfield area I highly recommend making the drive to bechtle. Don’t waste your money on limestone
