Ordered delivery, didn’t get our 2 liter, also paid $19 for a medium pizza with extra cheese a 4 toppings, what’s toppings were on there were all in the middle and barely any cheese. Also had to give delivery driver a $10 tip because they didn’t have change. So not only did I have to pay for things I didn’t get I had to pay an extra 5 for them to not even deliver the whole order. I’ll never order from here again.

Well tonight I called and had a few problems about the free pizza coupons that get mail out I first went to the Papa John’s by my house and was talked to rudely the lady didn’t have much patients with me or my problem, but I then call the Papa John’s at Bridgewater and not only did I not get treated rude but the lady named Nikki was very patient with me and had all the answers I was looking for she was kind and patient. Even told me if I had any more problems or any future problems feel free to call her anytime she is a store manager and said she can help me with any pappajohn discrepancies i may have. We ordered two pizzas. One XL sausage/pepperoni and one medium with tomatoes. As you can see from the pics, the former had WAY too much sauce. It was requested as well done…not so much. I also had to cut it with knife and fork.

This is the 2nd time in less than 6 months I have attempted to order pizza for delivery the 1st time I caught their driver on my ring cam stealing pretty litter. This time I ordered food thinking it would be here within an hour then when I went to check it was still another 130 minutes before it would arrive. I called and spoke to store manager nicki and she said she is the only person preparing pizza from 11–2 and it is what it is. Wow. So I requested a refund and no you didn’t have to send the pizza after our epic conversation. And by the way not one single apology! Still haven’t gotten my refund. Thanks papa johns.
