Timberland restaurant was surprisingly good. The fair is your typical greasy spoon but it was prepared well and for the most part pretty quickly. I went at lunch when they were completely slammed with four other people. Everybody except for me got their food very fast, unfortunately mine was delayed for some reason that they never said. I didn’t mind as the food was fresh and the fries nice and crispy and hot. However when I went to check out and pay for everything they had automatically made my meal free without me even commenting. So they were very proactive and trying to keep everyone happy. I give them a score of 10 plus on customer service and 8 of 10 on the actual food. The cook staff waiters and waitresses went above and beyond! We will definitely be going back for more!

Has the feel of a 1970’s era Waffle House, in a good way. Cozy, Friendly, Inviting. The cheeseburger special I ordered was a 1/4 lb cheeseburger, Lettuce Tomato Onion Mayo with Crinkle Fries. $5.99 just the right size and price for lunch. Diner burgers will always be better than fast food, due to them being ‘cooked’ instead of ‘assembled’ and it showed with my meal. My server was polite, friendly, and prompt. I had my coffee within a couple of minutes of sitting down. I always try to eat during slower periods, so I have a chance at better service, and I received excellent service.

Bacon salad had globs of fake bacon bits mashed with some goat cheese. Waitress did not advise that a side salad was available. Overpriced. The view and setting is beautiful unfortunately the food and service spoiled the lunch. Will not be back.

Honestly for a little tiny sit down diner kinda like Waffle House this place wasn’t bad. The food was good and price was reasonable. Only issue was the wait. It took about 15 minutes to get drinks and another 45 for our food.
