I had a very large, customized order that I wasn’t comfortable with by using the drive-thru. When I tried to go into the lobby, the door was locked. Another customer opened it from the inside for me. There wasn’t anyone at the register to take my order, so I was forced to use the self-service kiosk. The one positive about that kiosk is that you can see items that aren’t on the restaurant’s menu signage. I waited more than 20 minutes for my order to be completed. Meanwhile, that lobby door is still locked. I let in a couple of customers while I waited. The manager came through the lobby, and I mentioned to him that the door was locked. He said they “couldn’t have any more customers come through the lobby today.” I suggested that he post a sign, and he replied that that was why the door was locked. He was rude and dismissive. I tend to get a bit argumentative with people like that. I asked him how people were supposed to know that without a sign? No reply. By the time my order was ready, I just wanted to leave, so against better judgement, I didn’t check the bag. And the bag ripped when he handed it to me. When I got to my destination, 4 items were missing, and all the tacos were crushed. Not good for a crowd of kids who were swimming all day and hungry. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Don’t bother coming here, you’ll wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru line for 2 cars ahead of you to then find a the window VERY unprofessional workers socializing, talking inappropriately, dancing around, joking around and clearly not wanting to be at their job. Then at that window you’ll have to wait 10-15 more minutes for your food.

This “★★” Rating & Review is based solely on this specific location and it’s common Drive-Thru wait times. Tonight could have very easily escalated with irrational excitement. I pulled my vehicle right up, and I sat there for a solid 5 minutes after I was greeted and told they would be right with me to take the order.

Does anyone work here anymore? I don’t think 2 people is sufficient for a Friday afternoon. Shouldn’t have to wait 15 mins for a regular taco and a soda. This isn’t a 1 off either. Happened last week as well. Maybe if they paid a livable wage, more people would apply.

I just came through at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday February 7th. There were only two employees working which is very short staffed probably from people calling out or quitting. The two employees working were running around doing everything they could to get everyone their food and keep the store going, all while having good attitudes and providing good customer service. Taco Bell needs to find out who was on shift at the date and time I provided and make sure to at least give them props for their hard work, a bonus of some kind would be even better and well deserved! The last three Taco Bells I have gone too have been disgusting inside the restroom . It seems as though the prices differ between locations in the same town. One of my favorite items was this chicken quesorito. It use to be big and fill me up, they are puny now and almost 4 bucks. The pictures show one that is burnt too. If you like Taco Bell in the past and go in there, act like it is the first time. Yep that bad. 🙁

If I had seen the bathroom before I ordered food, I would have passed. There was urine and trash on the floor, and every table in the lobby was visibly dirty. I asked for fire sauce and when I pulled them out of the bag, they were covered in red syrup. I threw my food out.
