Incredible spot for a delicious, quality made shake high in protein & low in sugar! The owner is super friendly, and these protein shakes are perfect after a workout. Try the butter pecan and pistachio almond!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Used to love this place but under new management it isn’t the same. There’s no consistency with the shakes, the same shake always looks and taste different. They aren’t using Herbalife products anymore. They are making their own protein which is pretty scary to think about because I want to know what is going into my body.

Shake it Lou is a must try. Roddy is the MAN! He’s the owner, and was genuinely one of the most exuberant and friendly people I have ever met. His attitude and personality are enough to keep you coming back, but the shakes are also delicious! I got the pistachio almond and it was phenomenal… there are so many great flavors though. And given the great taste, it’s hard to believe they are nutritious and all less than 250cal. Prices are a little steep for a shake, but quality ingredients are worth that cost. Highly recommend!

The service was great, staff was super friendly but honestly the shake is so bad. I got a strawberry banana smoothie and its so chalky and leaves a horrible aftertaste in your mouth. I’m definitely disappointed. It definitely seems like a place just for instagram— a wall to take photos of your cute shake that actually tastes horribly. Edit: omg just saw that this is an MLM i cant believe i gave them my money

Roddy greeted me with a smile and was so pleasant. Staff was very knowledgeable and explained their menu as I was a first time customer. I got a chocolate almond joy shake with collagen boost..it was delicious and all shakes around 250 calories or less. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
