I have only tried the quesadilla al pastor. It was ok for the price ($7) but the flavor and quality of the pastor meat was not as good as I was expecting. I would eat here again but I would try a taco or something besides a quesadilla.

Gustavo’s Birria Tacos are the bomb! They rival the best I’ve had in California for sure. His decades of experience in the kitchen are evident, definitely worth a trip out to Apex from Raleigh.

Best taco truck in Apex! Extremely flavorful meats and always outstanding. They haven’t been around this week though so maybe they moved somewhere else permanently. (They’re back! Said they had to get their food truck serviced.)

I don’t know why I never reviewed this taco truck it’s been a while since we’ve been but me and my husband stopped by one day for tacos the tortillas hecho a mano caught our attention and we got the tacos de asada and they were to die for I could have eaten more I highly recommend this taqueria it’s so worth it. They also take debit cards which is a plus! Very friendly and fast service you won’t be disappointed.

Best taco’s ever! Their fish and shrimp taco’s remind me of the west coast. I haven’t seen their truck in a few weeks and there is another truck parked in their space. I hope this doesn’t mean that they left permanently!

They are awesome! We tried the torta, beef cheek taco, asada taco, and empanadas. All of them just tastes so good that we finished them in seconds. The torta and empanada are my favorites!!!! Definitely worth a try!
