I was short on time, as I was working on a big project on my property. I stopped to grab a pizza. We stood at the please wait to be seated for an extended period of time then received our drinks. 30 minutes later the server gave us the bill and scooted off before I could tell her we never got our pizza. My wife tried to talk to another server who got rude to my wife. 40 minutes into the experience, our server tells us our pizza just got put in the oven. I told her this is not OK. She said she is not the cook. And they had lots of orders to fill. I had to go to subway

Went through the drive-through sat 15 minutes before someone realized I was there. The pizza was hot and looked good when I got it home,but there was so little sauce on the 3 pizzas I ordered that the majority of them got thrown out. I know pizzahut can do better very disapointed.

We ordered the New Yorker with extra cheese. When we got it, it was like cardboard. It was over cooked, and little to no sauce. We had it before and it was great. The pasta tasted old and dry also. The pan pizza was wonderful. But it was a huge let down to my grandkids, and a waste of money. We put the New Yorker and both pastas in the trash..

Walked in was told to sit anywhere we liked. We sat at a table the waitress came got our drink order and brought the drinks. We sat for another 30 minutes and never saw another waitress again until I went to the counter and asked what I owed for the drinks. They were clueless.

Keep driving don’t stop your order will never be done when it supposed to be. Your pizza will never be right. They will tell you how busy they have been and you will just have to sit there and wait and hope and pray that your stuff is right or that they didn’t forget about it. Go across the road to Walmart. Get yourself a frozen pizza and save yourself some money, some time, and some drama.

We had a terrible waitress. She was standing at the next table complaining about her job to what seemed to be her husband or boyfriend. She never once can back to the table to ask if we needed a refill or anything else. The Big New Yorker was dry and over cooked. We ate a couple of pieces and threw the rest away. The manager did nothing when we brought this up. I normally just pick up. Now I know why.
