I had an appt at Suede and finished around 8:00, my daughter works there and got done at 9:15 so I decided to come here for a cocktail and a nibble. It was a beautiful evening to sit outside. The hostess seated me with a menu bit it took a while for my server to come to me. A busboy noticed I was sitting and asked what I wanted he brought me water and told me my server would be with me soon as they had a banquet and were busy. My server came and took my order. Dirty martini, the shrimp and eggplant app and Pasta Brio to go for my daughter. He offered to bring me bread but I declined. He asked if I wanted my martini up or on the rocks. When he brought it out I noticed that there were just regular olives with pimentos when it says blue cheese stuffed olives. It tasted fine and didn’t want to make a fuss since I had already waited for it. Waited a bit for my shrimp and eggplant to arrive. Although it was a little greasy, it was delicious and I ate the whole thing as my meal. Than I waited for my to go order and waited for my check. I asked him his name-Eddie. I mention this because throughout the evening he was very polite and checked on me often. He apologized when there was a slight wait time for beverage and food, all in all it was a very nice relaxing way to spend an hour.

Dined In on 6/8/23 food was okay. Drinks were terrible the blue almafi hurt my stomach and my girl had the starwberry basil. Too much liquor not mixed well at all… also clean the damn vents

Despite being short staffed they came together and pulled it off to make a great evening with delicious food and consistent service from one of the members from the wait staff and team. The food was made well and came out quickly. The only negative was the warm chocolate cake which came out cold and somewhat frozen in the middle.

For anyone who wants to eat here, I highly recommend that you DON’T. My family went there to celebrate my birthday. We were seated but no servers even gave us water for 25 mins (We never got water)!! Was there a lot of people? No….it was basically empty. The server definitely knew that we were waiting to be served, but just ignored us. She kept going back and forth from the kitchen, and walking around the back avoiding eye contact with us knowing that we were waiting to just get water. She gave food to the table next to us and even checked on them, but blatantly ignored us as we were making eye contact with her. I don’t know whether they were being racist, but other tables that came later than us were served. We walked out because we were not served at all. The service here was extremely terrible and I have never experienced this much disrespect at a restaurant before. I will never come back and recommend that you do the same.

To start off our phenomenal visit we were greeted warmly by a smile from hostess Maggie, who kindly guided us to our table and sat us immediately with grace. Our service was delightful, and every meal was bursting with Tuscan flavors. On the way out Maggie once again greeted us with that warm smile, putting a safe feeling in my heart as I drove my family home that night. We will be back.

Came to Brio for dinner the other night, it was a great experience. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet and we got our food quickly. I loved the calamari rings, they were cooked perfectly (nice and crispy) and the sauces they came with were incredible. The pasta alla vodka is always tasty, the ricotta filling is perfectly seasoned. My personal favorite part of the meal was the delicious caramel cheesecake. It was light, fluffy, and delicious. Brio is a nice restaurant to get great quality food from!

Very nice Italian restaurant! They have outdoor seating which is covered and shielded from the elements. We had a small family graduation dinner here and we all left full and happy! Carmen was our server, he was perfect. Food was delicious, they do have multiple vegetarian options too!
